Monitoring And Evaluation Specialist

We are looking for an M&E professional who is passionate about data, learning, community development, and creating meaningful impact. In this role, you will play an important part in strengthening how YKDA monitors, learns from, and demonstrates the impact of its programs across intervention areas in NTT.You will be responsible for:Developing a comprehensive Monitoring & Learning Framework, including indicators, data pathways, and analysis plans.Designing practical M&E tools for Regional Leads and Officers and ensuring timely data collection across program sites.Building an internal M&E system that can be sustainably used by YKDA beyond the current project.Providing capacity building for field teams on monitoring, data quality, documentation, and adaptive learning.Leading periodic program reviews, progress tracking, and learning sessions.Producing high-quality reports, dashboards, and evidence summaries for internal and external stakeholders.Ensuring data integrity and consistent application of M&E standards across intervention districts.Qualification:Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in community development, women's empowerment, or coastal livelihood programs.Strong skills in developing M&E frameworks, indicators, tools, and digital/structured M&E systems.Experience working with field teams in rural or multi-district settings.Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.Willingness to travel regularly across YKDA's intervention areas in NTT.Experience in coastal livelihoods, women's empowerment, or community development is an advantage.Experience working in decision-making positions within organizations or programs is preferred.Be part of a team working closely with communities in NTT to strengthen women's empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, and value chain development—while helping build systems that enable programs to learn, improve, and create lasting impact.
