Job Title: Monitoring Operator (Operations)Location: QatarExperience: 3–5 yearsThe Monitoring Operator is responsible for real-time monitoring and content censoring across assigned television or media channels. The role requires maintaining constant attention to ensure all content complies with company policies, regulatory requirements, and client standards. Each operator is assigned a dedicated block of up to six channels to maintain high levels of focus, accuracy, and response time.Requirements3–5 years of experience in a monitoring, broadcast operations, or content moderation role.Experience with live TV or media monitoring systems.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inappropriate or non-compliant content.Ability to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.Good communication and reporting skills.Basic technical knowledge of broadcast monitoring equipment and software.Ability to remain focused during extended monitoring periods.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate incidents promptly.
