The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mortgage market, be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), and be confident in providing tailored advice to HNW clients from initial enquiry through to completion. On target earnings of £80,000+ per yearFully uncapped commission schemeBasic salary ( dependent on experience )Internal marketing to 2,000+ existing clientsKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of mortgage business through internal referrals and self-generated leads.Provide market-leading mortgage advice across a range of financial products.Identify and deliver the most suitable lending solutions to meet client needs.Offer exceptional client service to encourage repeat and referral business.Ensure all files and advice comply with regulatory and internal standards.Proactively source new clients while collaborating with colleagues What We’re Looking ForCeMAP-qualified (or equivalent).Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or Broker (5+ years preferred).Strong track record in sales-focused or client-facing environments.Highly motivated, target-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
