The Mortgage Advisor will support clients throughout the home financing journey by assessing their financial situations, explaining mortgage options, and recommending suitable products. Daily tasks include conducting client consultations, preparing and reviewing mortgage applications, coordinating with banks and other lenders, and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with local regulations. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and providing timely updates to clients and stakeholders. The Mortgage Advisor will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and deliver a high-quality customer experience.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Mortgages and Finance, with the ability to analyze client affordability and lending criteria.Experience in Mortgage Marketing and Financial Planning to support client acquisition and long-term financial guidance.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.Proven experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services, preferably within the UAE market.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering unbiased, client-focused advice.Ability to work effectively on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet service and compliance standards.
