The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the mortgage market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide clients with tailored mortgage solutions.

Qualifications

1.UAE Mortgage experience is required.2.Demonstrated ability to consult and disburse mortgage loans.3.Good network of channel partners in the real estate industry.4.Ability to explain complex financial information clearly and simply.5.Self Motivated.6.Ability to manage expectations and deliver high quality service.

Key Responsibilities

1.Advise clients on available mortgage products and help them select the most suitable option based on their financial requirements.2.Guide clients through the entire mortgage process, from application to closing.3.Stay updated with the latest mortgage products, interest rates, and regulations in UAE.4.Build and maintain relationships with clients and real estate agents.5.Assist clients in understanding the terms, conditions, and benefits of mortgage products.6.Prepare and submit mortgage applications to banks on behalf of clients.7.Ensure all required documentation is accurate and fits into compliance policies.8.Provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing client relationships.9.Meet or exceed monthly targets.Share your CV to afzal.khan@gpmb.ae
