Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 12,000 + IncentivesWorking Days: 5 days per weekExperience: 3–4 yearsRoles and ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on available mortgage products and financing options based on their requirements.Assess client financial information to help identify suitable mortgage solutions.Assist clients with mortgage applications, documentation, and approval procedures.Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to follow up on mortgage applications.Support clients seeking mortgage financing for off-plan properties.Maintain client relationships and provide updates throughout the mortgage process.Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on applications.Requirements3–4 years of experience in mortgage banking or mortgage advisory.Knowledge of mortgage products, financing procedures, and off-plan properties.Experience handling mortgage applications and coordinating with banks.Strong communication, client servicing, and negotiation skills.Ability to understand client requirements and explain financing options clearly.Knowledge of the UAE mortgage market is preferred.Interested candidates can share their CV at:sukhmani@latinumhr.com
