We’re Hiring: Mortgage & Banking Relationship Manager📍 Dubai, UAE🏢 GFS DevelopmentsGFS Developments is looking for an experienced Mortgage & Banking Relationship Manager with a strong background in UAE banking, mortgages, and property finance.Key Responsibilities• Assist clients with mortgage and property financing options• Manage the mortgage process from initial eligibility assessment through approval and disbursement• Maintain strong relationships with UAE banks and financial institutions• Coordinate with clients, banks, sales, finance, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing• Guide clients on documentation, eligibility, loan options, and financing requirements• Follow up on applications, approvals, valuations, and disbursements• Support the sales team in converting mortgage-dependent property transactions• Stay updated on UAE mortgage products, interest rates, lending policies, and banking requirementsRequirements• Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE banking, mortgage, or loan services• Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage and property financing processes• Existing relationships with UAE banks will be highly preferred• Previous experience handling home loans, mortgages, or property finance is essential• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills• Ability to manage multiple applications and follow-ups efficiently• UAE real estate experience is an advantageIf you have strong banking relationships and understand how to take a mortgage case from enquiry to successful disbursement, we would like to hear from you.📩 Send your CV to hr@gfsdevelopments.ae
