The candidate will be a Mortgage Broker specializing in home loans, analyzing and comparingoptions to give customers the most suitable loan for their financial circumstances. Thecandidate will be a support function for the real estate agents of Fam Properties by helping theirclients meet their financing goals.Responsibilities:Meeting performance targetsAbility to prospect and organize meetingsFact-find effectively to establish the client’s current finances and future aspirations.Provide high quality professional independent mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages availableExplain required insurance products so that clients can make informed choices.Communicate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and insurance providers.Ensure all regulatory documentation completed within the required timescaleAttend monthly results meeting and present results in all targeted areas to your Sales ManagerSupport additional income streamsEmbrace company values and promote them effectively alongside the FAM brand.Maintain Generic knowledge of the financial services industry and knowledge that is deemed necessaryKey Skills required:Good communication and listening skills.Organized and with great attention to detailWillingness to learn new skills and Self-motivation to seek out new opportunitiesThe ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.Excellent customer service skills.Respect for confidential information.Previously working in banking or sales environment.A keen interest in the financial sectorAmbitious, driven, dedicated to career progression and willing to work bothacademically and practicallyExcellent, empathetic communicator with a real flair for getting into the detail of thingsAbility to demonstrate excellence in your field
