Mortgage Pro emphasizes honesty, transparency, and professionalism to ensure a smooth, trustworthy experience for all clients.Role Description The Mortgage Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for advising clients on suitable mortgage products and guiding them through the financing process. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective and existing clients, assessing financial situations, explaining mortgage options, and preparing loan applications and documentation. The role involves coordinating with banks and financial institutions, following up on application status, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The Mortgage Consultant will also provide ongoing customer support, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate records in CRM or other tracking systems. This position requires active collaboration with internal teams to support sales goals and deliver a high standard of customer service.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and practical experience with Mortgages.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Finance principles and Mortgage Lending processes.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and CRM software.Candidates should possess prior experience in mortgage consulting, banking, or financial services; local UAE market experience is preferred.
