Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage OfficerAbout the RoleAmity Mortgages is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Officer to support our growing mortgage team.This role is primarily administrative, with a strong focus on supporting mortgage applications and ensuring that all documentation and processes are handled accurately and efficiently.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in mortgage administration, banking, financial services, or a similar administrative role. Knowledge of the UAE mortgage process is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the mortgage teamPrepare, organize, and maintain client and mortgage documentationAssist with mortgage applications and follow up on application progressCoordinate with banks, clients, and mortgage advisorsCollect and verify required documents from clientsMaintain accurate records and update internal systemsFollow up with banks regarding application status, approvals, valuations, and disbursementsAssist mortgage advisors with administrative and operational tasksEnsure documents and client files are complete and properly organizedHandle general office administration related to the mortgage departmentRequirementsPrevious experience in administration, banking, mortgages, financial services, or a similar roleKnowledge of the UAE mortgage process is a strong advantageStrong organizational and administrative skillsExcellent attention to detailGood communication and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM/system usageGood written and spoken EnglishUAE experience is preferredIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is organized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working with documents, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders.Candidates with previous experience as a Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Coordinator, Mortgage Officer, Banking Administrator, Loan Processor, or similar position are encouraged to apply.What We OfferSalary: AED 5,000 per monthPerformance-based incentives and bonusesUAE residence visaMedical insuranceAir ticket allowance every two yearsSupportive and professional working environmentHow to ApplyPlease submit your CV through LinkedIn.
