The role involves advising clients on suitable mortgage products, assessing their financial profiles, and preparing tailored financing solutions in line with UAE lending regulations and bank policies. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, gathering and verifying documentation, submitting and tracking mortgage applications, and coordinating with banks and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth completion. The Mortgage Consultant will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and interest rates, while providing clear explanations of terms, conditions, and costs. This role includes building long-term client relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, and contributing to sales targets and business growth.Qualifications Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, with experience in UAE property finance preferred.Solid understanding of Finance and Mortgage Lending, including credit assessment, affordability analysis, and regulatory requirements.Proven track record in Customer Service, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for handling documentation, application management, and compliance procedures.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; familiarity with banking and mortgage application systems is an advantage.Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in mortgage or banking are a plus.Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages commonly used in the UAE is beneficial.
