In this position, the consultant advises clients on suitable mortgage products, explains eligibility criteria, and assists with the full application process. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial profiles, comparing mortgage offerings from partner banks, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with lenders to secure approvals. The consultant will provide ongoing customer service, respond to inquiries, and ensure clients understand terms, rates, and repayment obligations. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations, market trends, and bank policies to deliver accurate, timely guidance.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, including UAE market practices and regulations.Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Mortgage Lending, with the ability to analyze income, liabilities, and affordability.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and client satisfaction.Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for working with clients and banks.Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.Relevant experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services is highly preferred.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages in the region is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
