Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial profiles, explaining mortgage products and lending criteria, and guiding clients through application and approval processes. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The Mortgage Consultant will also provide ongoing customer support, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the real estate sales team to deliver a seamless client experience.Qualifications Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and practical experience with Mortgages.Solid understanding of Finance principles and familiarity with Mortgage Lending processes.Demonstrated Customer Service skills with an ability to build trust and communicate clearly.Proficiency in analyzing financial documents and assessing client eligibility.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Previous experience in mortgage consulting, banking, or real estate finance is preferred.Relevant educational background in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.
