- Strong understanding of UAE mortgage products and processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to generate and convert leads
- Existing network with real estate agents is an advantageKey Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage solutions
- Manage mortgage applications from consultation to disbursement
- Build strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and banking partners
- Generate new business and achieve monthly targets
