Job Description
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Mortgage Consultants with experience in the banking or non-banking financial sector to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with mortgage and home loan applications.Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.Understand clients’ financial requirements and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and financial institutions.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records of applications.
Requirements
Experience in banking, non-banking financial institutions, mortgage sales, or home loans is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Sales-driven attitude with the ability to achieve targets.Knowledge of UAE mortgage products and procedures is an advantage.
