The team is committed to making every stage of the financing journey clear, efficient, and stress-free, so clients can focus on building their future legacy.Role Description The Mortgage Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, responsible for advising clients on mortgage options and guiding them through the complete financing process. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client eligibility, understanding financial goals, recommending suitable conventional or Islamic mortgage products, and explaining terms, rates, and repayment structures clearly. The role involves coordinating with banks and financial institutions, preparing and submitting documentation, following up on approvals, and ensuring timely disbursement. The Mortgage Consultant will maintain regular communication with clients, provide ongoing status updates, and deliver high-quality customer service to create a smooth, transparent experience. Additional responsibilities include staying current with UAE mortgage regulations and market trends, contributing to internal process improvements, and supporting business growth through professional relationship-building and referrals.Qualifications Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and practical experience with mortgages in the UAE market.Background in finance or mortgage lending, with the ability to analyze client profiles and recommend appropriate solutions.Demonstrated customer service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear explanation of complex financial concepts and confident client interaction.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for handling documentation, compliance requirements, and multiple applications simultaneously.Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, and comfort working with bank portals and online application systems.Previous experience in mortgages, banking, or financial advisory within the UAE is highly beneficial.Relevant educational background in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications in mortgage or financial services are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate within a diverse team, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
