Mortgage Pro emphasizes honesty, professionalism, and seamless service, creating a reliable environment for both customers and team members.Role Description The Mortgage Loan Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, assessing their financing needs, and recommending suitable loan options. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, collecting and reviewing documentation, coordinating with underwriting and lending partners, and ensuring timely approval and closing of mortgage files. The consultant will maintain accurate records, follow regulatory and company guidelines, and provide ongoing customer support and follow-up. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, staying up to date on mortgage products and market trends, and contributing to a positive, client-focused experience.Qualifications Strong knowledge of Mortgages and Mortgage Lending, including various products and regulations.Experience working with Loans, including assessing eligibility, structuring offers, and explaining terms to clients.Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and communicate clearly.Familiarity with Underwriting processes, documentation requirements, and risk assessment principles.Relevant experience in mortgage consulting, banking, or financial services in the UAE market is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
