The Mortgage Loan Officer will meet with clients to assess their financing needs, explain mortgage products, and guide them through the loan application process from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include evaluating borrower documentation, coordinating with underwriting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other partners, providing ongoing support and clear communication throughout the mortgage journey. The Mortgage Loan Officer is expected to achieve established performance targets while delivering a professional, ethical, and customer-focused experience.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in mortgage lending and the mortgage industry, with a solid understanding of loan products and regulatory requirements.Background as a Loan Officer or in a similar role, with proven ability to originate, structure, and manage residential mortgage loans.Knowledge of underwriting principles and documentation review, including assessing creditworthiness and financial information.Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and build trust.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Solid numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment in Ajman, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.Previous experience in real estate or financial services in the UAE market is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in mortgage or banking are a plus.
