Holo gives Home buyers in the Middle East access to 500 products across all the UAE banks.The Role:The Mortgage Manager will oversee the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving operational excellence. This role is crucial for managing mortgage product offerings and optimizing the digital mortgage journey. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a deep understanding of mortgage products and regulations in the UAE, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on leads in a timely manner, ensuring our clients are furnished with a range of mortgage options best suited to their needs.Manage inbound calls from generated leads and make outbound calls from generated leadsBuild a relationship of trust with clients and with our partnersEducate our clients about mortgage products and proceduresHave a good understanding of the mortgage market, rates, policies and loan processesGather, analyze and present documents required for processingVisit and nurture our existing Real Estate partners weekly.What We Are Looking For:Previous experience as a Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Consultant or Mortgage BrokerIn-depth knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and regulatory requirements in the Middle EastCEMAP (not essential)Familiarity with digital mortgage platforms and CRM systems.
