Mortgage Operations / Mortgage Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAESalary: As per market standardsWe are looking for a Mortgage Operations / Mortgage Coordinator to manage mortgage cases end-to-end, from initial documentation and application submission through approval, final offer and disbursement.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end mortgage case processing.Review and verify client, financial and KYC documents.Prepare and submit mortgage applications to banks.Coordinate with clients, Mortgage Consultants, banks and Relationship Managers.Follow up on pre-approvals, valuations, final offers and disbursements.Track active cases and ensure timely processing.Resolve documentation gaps and bank requirements.Maintain accurate case updates and records on CRM.Ensure files meet bank and compliance requirements.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of UAE mortgage operations/coordination experience is required.Good understanding of UAE mortgage processes, banks and documentation requirements.Experience handling mortgage cases from application through to disbursement.Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and meet turnaround timelines.
