Team members collaborate closely with clients, lenders, and partners to make property ownership more accessible and straightforward.Role Description The Mortgage Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves advising clients on mortgage products, assessing their financial profiles, and recommending suitable lending options. The Mortgage Specialist will manage applications from initial inquiry through approval, coordinate with banks and other financial institutions, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, explaining terms and conditions, supporting clients through approvals and disbursements, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role also includes contributing to mortgage marketing initiatives, building relationships with real estate partners, and staying current on UAE mortgage regulations and market trends.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Mortgages and Mortgage Lending, with the ability to explain products and processes clearly to clients.Experience in Finance, including assessing client affordability, evaluating risk, and understanding UAE banking and lending practices.Skills in Mortgage Marketing, with the ability to support promotional activities and collaborate with sales and real estate partners.Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication in person, by phone, and in writing.Relevant experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services, preferably within the UAE market.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.Proficiency with CRM and basic office software for managing leads, tracking applications, and preparing reports.Ability to work collaboratively with team members, real estate agents, and lending partners.Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
