The organization encourages the use of modern tools and processes to streamline brokerage operations and enhance service quality.Role Description The Mortgage Specialist will manage end-to-end mortgage processes, including assessing client needs, explaining mortgage products, and guiding clients through application and approval stages. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial assessments, preparing documentation, coordinating with lenders, and tracking applications to completion. The role also involves generating leads, supporting mortgage marketing activities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partner institutions. The Specialist will ensure regulatory and policy compliance, maintain accurate records, and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of office work and some work-from-home flexibility.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Mortgages and Mortgage Lending, with the ability to explain products and processes clearly to clients.Strong Finance knowledge, including understanding of interest rates, affordability assessments, and lending criteria.Skills in Mortgage Marketing, including lead generation, outreach, and supporting promotional activities for mortgage products.Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on client satisfaction, responsiveness, and professional communication.Prior experience in banking, mortgage brokerage, or financial services is highly beneficial.Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Abu Dhabi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple cases simultaneously.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in common office and CRM software.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
