This role is responsible for advising clients on suitable mortgage products, assessing their financial profiles, and guiding them through the complete mortgage application and approval process. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, explaining mortgage options and eligibility criteria, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with banks and other financial institutions. The Mortgage Specialist will follow up on applications, ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, and maintain accurate records. The role also involves supporting mortgage marketing activities, responding to inquiries, and delivering high-quality customer service in line with Mortgage Pro’s standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong knowledge of Mortgages and Mortgage Lending, including local UAE regulations and practices.Candidates should possess skills in Finance and the ability to analyze income, credit, and affordability for mortgage eligibility.Candidates should possess experience in Mortgage Marketing and promoting mortgage solutions to prospective clients.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.Relevant experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services is highly beneficial.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
