Responsibilities include planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, monitoring student progress, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and coordinating with subject teachers and parents to support overall development. The role involves guiding students in values, discipline, and social skills, as well as organizing classroom activities, assessments, and basic record-keeping. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Gangotri International School in Gondal, requiring regular participation in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.QualificationsStrong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in classroom instruction and child-centered pedagogy.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, engaging, and curriculum-aligned learning activities.Effective Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and collaborative manner.Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training preferred.Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices, with the ability to manage classroom discipline and student well-being.Ability to work on-site in Gondal, demonstrate patience and empathy, and contribute positively to a value-based school culture.
