We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging motion graphics content for various digital platforms. The Motion Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring visual concepts to life, enhancing the overall brand presence and user experience.Brainstorm and conceptualize visual ideas for motion graphics projects.Design and create compelling and innovative motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.Edit and manipulate video footage, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless integration of motion graphics elements.Enhance and optimize video content for various platforms and resolutions.Work closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, illustrators, and video producers, to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing end product.Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with project objectives.Communicate project progress and challenges effectively to team members and stakeholders.Review and optimize motion graphics for quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.Implement feedback and revisions as necessary to meet project specifications.Required SkillsUtilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom) to create high-quality motion graphics and animations.Stay updated on the latest software tools and trends in motion design.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related fieldProven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse motion graphics projects.Strong understanding of design principles, animation, and video editing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
