The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating compelling motion graphics, cinematic animations, and high-quality visual storytelling for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.The candidate should possess excellent expertise in Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory), After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Blender, with the ability to transform engineering and architectural concepts into engaging visual experiences.Candidates with Middle East project experience, preferably local or Arabic-speaking professionals, will be highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing, presentations, exhibitions, and digital platforms.Develop storyboards and animation sequences that effectively communicate architectural and engineering concepts.Produce cinematic walkthroughs, animated presentations, and promotional videos using Blender and Adobe Creative Suite.Design motion graphics that enhance client presentations and strengthen brand communication.Edit, enhance, and finalize video content using professional post-production workflows.Utilize Blender for animation, lighting, camera movement, scene composition, and rendering.Work closely with Team Leads, Architects, BIM professionals, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent visual storytelling.Translate technical engineering information into visually compelling graphics and animations.Maintain consistency with Pinnacle's branding, visual standards, and quality expectations.Stay updated with emerging animation techniques, AI-assisted creative tools, and industry trends to continuously improve creative output.Required Skills & Software ProficiencyMotion Graphics & Video ProductionAdobe After EffectsAdobe Premiere ProAdobe PhotoshopAdobe Illustrator (Mandatory)Blender (Animation, Camera Sequencing & Rendering)Technical SkillsMotion Graphics DesignStoryboardingVideo Editing2D & 3D AnimationCamera DynamicsColor TheoryComposition & Visual StorytellingTypography & Graphic DesignLighting & Rendering ConceptsUnderstanding of Engineering and Architectural VisualizationPreferred QualificationsMinimum 8 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, or Visual Design.Experience working on AEC, Engineering, Architectural Visualization, Construction, or Infrastructure projects.Prior work experience in the Middle East is highly preferred.Local UAE candidates or Arabic-speaking professionals will be given preference.Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, cinematic storytelling, and visual communication.Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Why Join Pinnacle?Opportunity to work on world-class global AEC projects.Exposure to cutting-edge BIM, Digital Engineering, and visualization technologies.Collaborative and innovation-driven work culture.Structured learning and career growth opportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits.Work alongside industry-leading professionals on iconic international projects.
