We combine AI, technology, and creativity to help brands scale their marketing efforts and drive growth.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join the NYX team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in motion design, animation, visual storytelling, and advanced Adobe After Effects workflows.You will create engaging motion graphics, advertisements, product explainers, brand campaigns, and digital content while collaborating with our design, marketing, and product teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality motion graphics for advertisements, social media campaigns, reels, promotional videos, and brand communication.Develop engaging product explainers, launch videos, and promotional content.Create typography animations, logo animations, transitions, kinetic typography, and visual effects.Translate creative briefs, storyboards, and concepts into polished motion design outputs.Work on UI animations, product demonstrations, and interface motion where required.Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to develop creative concepts.Maintain visual consistency, brand guidelines, and quality across projects.Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback efficiently.Maintain organised project files, reusable assets, and production-ready compositions.Required Skills and ToolsAdobe After Effects: Advanced proficiency in keyframing, Graph Editor, expressions, compositing, masking, tracking, rotoscoping, and effects.Adobe Photoshop: Image manipulation, asset preparation, retouching, and visual composition.Adobe Illustrator: Vector artwork, shape creation, logo assets, and animation-ready illustrations.Adobe Premiere Pro: Video editing, sequencing, sound synchronisation, and final video delivery.Figma: Understanding of design systems, UI assets, components, and exporting assets for motion design.Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, and follow-through.Experience with 2.5D animation, 3D cameras, parallax, depth, lighting, and camera movement.Ability to create sophisticated transitions, visual effects, and seamless animations.Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D, advanced plugins, and AI-assisted creative tools is an added advantage.Educational BackgroundWe prefer candidates from premier design institutes such as NID, NIFT, IDC School of Design (IIT Bombay), Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology, MIT Institute of Design, and other reputed design colleges.Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant professional experience and a strong motion graphics portfolio are also welcome to apply.Requirements4–8 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or a related creative field.A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation quality, visual storytelling, and technical execution is mandatory.Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and design fundamentals.Ability to develop original creative concepts rather than relying solely on templates.Experience creating content for brands, startups, technology products, advertisements, or digital campaigns is preferred.Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver production-ready output.Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple deliverables, incorporate feedback, and collaborate effectively with teams.Understanding of aspect ratios, resolutions, frame rates, export formats, and delivery specifications.What You’ll GetOpportunity to work on innovative AI-driven products and creative campaigns.Creative ownership and the freedom to experiment with new ideas and visual styles.Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, marketing, and product.A fast-paced work environment with opportunities for professional growth and skill development.Exposure to AI-powered creative tools and modern motion design workflows.Competitive compensation based on experience, skills, and portfolio.Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume and portfolio showcasing their best motion graphics work.Apply at : hr@nyx.today
