Apply & track with Apply EdgeLocation: Saudi ArabiaWe are seeking an experienced Senior Motor & Alternator Rewinding Supervisor to lead the rewinding team at our workshop in Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with practical team leadership, ensuring that every technician works efficiently, follows the correct procedures, and completes jobs on time and to the required quality.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily motor and alternator rewinding activities across low-, medium-, and high-voltage equipment.Allocate tasks according to technicians’ skills, set clear priorities, and monitor individual performance and job progress.Take responsibility for workmanship, productivity, and meeting agreed delivery schedules.Oversee the complete rewinding process, including inspection, recording winding data, coil preparation, winding installation, connections, insulation, impregnation, curing, and testing.Verify winding specifications, materials, and work quality at each stage to prevent errors and reduce rework.Diagnose winding failures, resolve technical problems, and provide hands-on guidance on complex repairs.Train and develop technicians, ensuring consistent working methods and safe workshop practices.Coordinate with other workshop sections to ensure jobs progress without unnecessary delays.Maintain accurate job records and ensure completed equipment meets the required specifications and testing criteria before release.Required Experience and SkillsAt least 10 years of hands-on experience in motor and alternator rewinding.Proven experience across all types of motors and alternators, including LV, MV, and HV machines.Previous experience supervising a rewinding team or leading a motor repair workshop section.Strong knowledge of winding arrangements, insulation systems, repair methods, and electrical testing.Ability to read technical drawings, winding diagrams, and job specifications.Strong planning, troubleshooting, communication, and team-management skills.Ability to maintain quality and meet deadlines while managing several jobs simultaneously.How to ApplySend your CV exclusively to summitco.gcc@gmail.com with the subject line “Senior Motor & Alternator Rewinding Supervisor.”Applications sent to any other email address will be discarded and will not be considered.
