Moving Services General Manager

We're working with a company in the moving and relocation sector that is looking to recruit a Moving Services General Manager in Dubai. The role will take responsibility for the overall management of the business, covering day-to-day operations, commercial performance, service delivery and team management.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Managing the day-to-day running of the moving and relocation operation.Overseeing operational performance across domestic and international moving services.Managing budgets, costs, revenue and overall business performance.Leading operational, sales and customer service teams.Reviewing workflows, service levels and operational procedures.Managing relationships with customers, agents, suppliers and other industry partners.Supporting commercial activity and identifying opportunities to develop the business.To succeed in this role you'll have:General management or senior management experience within the moving and relocation sector.Strong knowledge of domestic and international moving operations.Experience managing operational and commercial performance.Experience leading and managing teams across different business functions.Good understanding of costs, budgets and financial performance.Strong communication, organisation and customer management skills.
