MPU and English Lecturer

Innovative University College (IUC) is looking for a Lecturer in Mata Pelajaran Umum (MPU) and English to join our academic team. We are seeking an experienced academic with a strong background in teaching, curriculum development, student engagement, and MQA accreditation.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality teaching for MPU courses in accordance with the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and MQA requirements.Develop course materials, assessments, and learning activities aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE).Supervise student projects and academic activities where applicable.Lead and support MQA Provisional Accreditation (PA), Full Accreditation (FA), programme review, and quality assurance initiatives related to MPU.Participate in curriculum development, research, publications, academic administration, and student development activities.RequirementsMinimum Master's degree in English, TESL, Linguistics, English Language Studies, or a related discipline.Candidates with qualifications in other disciplines aligned with the MPU teaching area, such as Islamic Studies, Moral Studies, Malaysian Studies, Language Studies, Communication, or other relevant fields, may also be considered.Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education.Proven experience in MQA submissions and accreditation processes is essential.Strong knowledge of MQA, MQF, OBE, and higher education quality assurance.Active research and publication record is an added advantage.Why Join IUC?Be part of a growing and innovative higher education institution.Contribute to academic excellence and holistic student development.Opportunities for research, professional development, and career growth.Collaborative and supportive academic environment.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their CV, cover letter, and academic certificates to People and Culture at h.r@innovative.edu.my.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
