The role is MRI and CT scanning, with the opportunity to be trained in cardiac MRI by an experienced team, so if you're a solid MR/CT radiographer who wants to add cardiac to your skill set, this is a good place to do it.The roleYou'll work across a 3T MRI on site, a 1.5T MRI system, and CT, delivering a broad outpatient caseload including cardiology, orthopaedics, ENT, gastroenterology and health assessment referrals. It's a hands-on, scanning-focused position, no supervisory responsibilities, just good clinical work with modern kit and a small, well-run team.Cardiac MRI is a growing part of the service. Existing cardiac experience is welcome but not essential; what matters is a strong MRI foundation and the motivation to develop into cardiac imaging with structured support.What you'll needHCPC registration and a BSc (or equivalent) in Diagnostic Radiography. Independent MRI scanning experience, with CT competence. An interest in cardiac MRI, prior exposure is a bonus, not a requirement. Comfortable delivering a high-quality patient experience in a private setting.Working pattern and packageFour long days a week (08:00–18:00 or 10:00–20:00) with a flexible day off. Pension with employer contributions. Private health insurance after probation. 25 days' holiday, rising one day a year to 30 after five years.Interview processStraightforward: a face-to-face interview and tour of the department, with interviews available most weekdays.*Sponsorship is not available*
