Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe candidate should have hands-on experience in D365 F&O implementations, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.Configure and implement D365 F&O modules based on business needs.Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and solution documentation.Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, UAT support, training, and deployment activities.Work closely with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and issue resolution.Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams.Required Skills6-10 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Strong knowledge of one or more modules:Finance: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Expense Management, Collections, Project Accounting.SCM: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Organization Management, System Administration.Experience in at least one end-to-end D365 F&O implementation project.Expertise in requirement gathering, business process mapping, Fit-Gap analysis, FRD/FDD preparation.Experience working with integrations and data migration activities.Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O Certification.Experience with global template rollout programs.Exposure to international clients.Knowledge of Azure DevOps, RSAT, Data Management Framework, and reporting tools.Experience in Finance and SCM modules is an added advantage.
