MS Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant

Job Role: Dynamics 365 F&O Technical ConsultantLocation: Abu Dhabi Budget: Up to 15K AEDEmployment Type: 6 Months Contractual (extendable)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant to drive backend customizations, technical architecture, and system integrations. You will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using X++, Azure services, and Microsoft Power Platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and test custom X++ solutions, data entities, and system extensions using Visual Studio and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).Build and maintain robust integrations using Dual-Write, OData, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and the Data Management Framework (DMF).Optimize system performance, execute SQL trace analyses, and troubleshoot complex technical issues across environments via Lifecycle Services (LCS).Translate Functional Design Documents (FDD) into detailed Technical Design Documents (TDD).Support data migration, automated build pipelines, and deployment strategy management in Azure DevOps.Implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) alongside D365 F&O core processes.Qualifications4+ years of technical development experience with D365 F&O (and AX 2012) using X++.Proven hands-on experience with Azure integration services, DMF, and SQL performance tuning.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical certifications (e.g., MB-500: Dynamics 365 Developer).Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and ERP architectural best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage environment deployments via LCS/Azure DevOps.
