The ideal candidate has solid experience working in on-prem environments and can handle development activities along with operational and admin support. This role involves close collaboration with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-tested CRM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRMDevelop plugins, custom workflows, and business logic using C#Customize entities, forms, views, ribbons, and dashboardsBuild and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsDevelop custom services using ASP.NET Web APIWork with .NET Framework and CRM SDKSupport data migration, deployment, and environment management activitiesAssist with unit testing, UAT, and defect resolution to ensure release qualityTroubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutionsCollaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to gather and validate requirementsEnsure code quality, performance optimization, and security complianceSupport deployments and releases as part of the teamRequired Skills (Must-Have)Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2011/2013/2015/2016 – On-Premises)Good working knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and CRM SDKExperience in plugin development, custom workflows, and ribbon customizationUnderstanding of CRM architecture and on-premises deployment modelsExperience with SQL Server, FetchXML, and QueryExpressionBasic knowledge of IIS, Windows Authentication, and Active DirectoryGood debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsClear communication skills for working with business/functional stakeholdersNice-to-HaveExposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket/Bamboo)Microsoft certification(s) related to Dynamics CRM
