The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Develop and maintain CRM Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Actions, and Business Process Flows.Build custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Web API, and Dataverse.Customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, ribbons, and security roles.Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications.Build automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.Troubleshoot CRM performance issues and implement best practices.Important Instructions/ Mandatory Documents to carry:Updated ResumeGovernment ID proof (PAN/ Aadhar card) Xerox copy is mandatory.2 Passport size photos
