The organization emphasizes reliability, efficiency, and user-friendly technology to enhance the overall trading experience.Role Description The MT5 Database & Python Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining database-driven solutions that integrate with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and related trading systems. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing Python applications, implementing back-end services and APIs, and ensuring robust data storage and retrieval for trading analytics and reporting. The developer will collaborate with trading, risk, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain high standards of performance, security, and reliability. The role also involves documenting technical processes, participating in code reviews, and continuously improving system architecture to support scalable trading operations.Qualifications Strong programming foundation with experience in Python, general Programming, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).Proficiency in Databases, including schema design, optimization, and integration with trading platforms such as MT5.Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including building APIs and services that support trading workflows.Previous exposure to financial markets, algorithmic trading, or trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or similar) is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
