Location: Karachi, Gulshan-e-Iqbal

Employment Type: On-site Full-timeShifts: Afternoon, NightKEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify, prospect, and generate new business leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.Build and maintain a healthy, accurately tracked sales pipeline within the company CRM.Understand client needs and pitch the company's products and services accordingly.Conduct product and service presentations or demos for prospective clients, virtually and in person.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, upsells, and referrals.Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposals and quotes are accurate and deliverable.Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management.Track competitor activity, market trends, and pricing to inform the company's sales strategy.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as required.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Fresh-1 year of experience in sales, preferably B2B or within the IT/software services industry.Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Comfortable using CRM and task-management tools.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team.Basic understanding of software development or IT services is preferred but not mandatory.Apply here directly or at careers@softnationtechnologies.com
