Mulesoft Integration Software Engineer (MuleSoft / Azure APIM) | Doha, QatarWe’re hiring a Mulesoft Integration Software Engineer on behalf of a government ministry in Qatar. The ministry is leading a national programme to bring public and private-sector services into one citizen app.What you’ll doIn phase one, you’ll connect the ministry’s systems with 12 other organisations: government bodies, semi-government bodies and private companies. Each one runs its own technology. Your work will be the integration layer that holds it together.Design and build integrations through MuleSoft (to each organisation’s backend systems) and Azure API Management (on the app side)Keep data accurate and consistent as it moves between systemsSecure each integration with encryption, access controls and good security practiceWrite clear technical documentation for each integrationWork with project managers and technical teams across several organisationsSupport go-live and fix issues after launchWhat you’ll bring5–8 years in systems integrationHands-on experience with MuleSoft and Azure APIM. This is the core requirement.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, message queues and ESBsStrong Azure skillsPython, PowerShell or similar for automationExperience on large programmes with many systems and stakeholdersA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similarNice to have: MuleSoft Certified Developer, an Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator certification, or CISSP.Who this suits: someone who spots integration risks early, follows issues through until they’re fixed, and is comfortable when the programme changes direction.
