Multi Machine Operator

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and set up the Single Head Cutting Machine, Manual Copy Router, End Milling Machine, Notching Machine, and Corner Crimping Machine.Operate and monitor the 50 KW Screw Compressor to ensure a continuous and stable compressed air supply for production equipment.Read and interpret fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and work orders.Perform cutting, routing, milling, notching, and corner crimping operations with precision.Verify dimensions and quality of fabricated components using measuring instruments.Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with project specifications.Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.Report machine malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.Minimize material wastage and optimize machine utilization.Maintain production records and meet daily production targets.Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Quality Control team to ensure smooth production.Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school, ITI, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating aluminum fabrication machines in a façade, curtain wall, glazing, or aluminum manufacturing environment.Ability to read technical and fabrication drawings.Good knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes and machine operation.Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as tape measures, vernier calipers, and angle gauges.Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.Strong understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.
