We’re looking for a warm, motivated Instructor who can help students build academic skills while making learning meaningful and fun.What You'll Be Doing:As a Miraculous Minds Instructor, you’ll work directly with K–12 students (in 1:1 and small group settings) to support growth in reading, writing, and/or math. You’ll play an active role in:Designing and delivering customized, engaging lessonsBuilding positive student relationships that encourage perseverance and a growth mindsetTracking student progress and adjusting instruction based on real-time feedback and assessmentCollaborating with our educational team to ensure consistency and quality across sessionsCommunicating student growth and needs to families with professionalism and careWhat We’re Looking For:If you're the Instructor we're looking for, you are:Warm and Encouraging, able to connect with students of all ages and learning stylesConfident and Knowledgeable, able to teach academic content clearly and effectivelyFlexible and Responsive, able to adapt on the fly and meet students where they areOrganized and Professional, balancing creativity with accountability and structureReflective and Growth-Minded, always looking to learn and improve your craft

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, Math, or related field preferred)Previous experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring youthStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTech-savvy and comfortable using Google Suite and other educational toolsBonus: experience with students with diverse learning needs or IEPsReady to Apply?
