This full-time, on-site role in Newport Beach, CA involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, adapting instruction to different learning styles, and monitoring student progress. The tutor will communicate regularly with families, provide feedback on student performance, and collaborate on goals and strategies to support each learner. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining organized records, preparing materials, and contributing to a positive and motivating learning environment.Qualifications Strong instructional skills across multiple subjects (e.g., math, reading, writing, science) and ability to adjust to different grade levels.Expertise in study skills, organization, and learning strategies to help students build confidence and independence.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, families, and colleagues.Ability to create engaging, student-centered lessons and use creative approaches to address learning challenges.Experience working with diverse learners, including students with varying academic needs and learning styles.Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching or tutoring experience is strongly preferred.Comfort working on-site in Newport Beach, CA, with reliability in scheduling and professional time management.Commitment to a non-discriminatory, inclusive learning environment that supports all students.
