The Multi-Technician will perform day-to-day maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across various technical disciplines, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility work, depending on business needs and experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, executing repairs, performing routine inspections, and ensuring that all work complies with safety and company standards. The role involves responding to service requests, coordinating with supervisors and colleagues, maintaining accurate records of work performed, and communicating clearly with clients and team members. The Multi-Technician will also help keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and in good working condition.Qualifications Strong practical skills in at least two technical areas (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or general maintenance).Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, follow work orders, and use appropriate tools and equipment safely.Basic understanding of safety standards and regulations relevant to technical services and facility maintenance.Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, or simple engineering drawings.Previous experience in technical services, facilities maintenance, or a similar multi-technician role is preferred.Relevant technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or related fields is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site, adapt to different tasks, and occasionally work extended or flexible hours as required.
