This role is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance across multiple disciplines, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs in apartments and common areas. Day-to-day tasks include responding to maintenance requests, diagnosing issues, completing repairs to company standards, and ensuring that all residences are safe, functional, and ready for guests. The Multi Technician coordinates with the operations and guest services teams to address urgent issues, conduct inspections, and document work performed in line with internal processes. The role also supports property openings and refurbishments, adheres to safety and compliance requirements, and contributes to continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in general maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work across residential or hospitality properties.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose issues quickly and apply practical, safe solutions.Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely, and to follow relevant building, health, and safety standards.Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and interact professionally with guests and vendors.Organizational skills to manage multiple work orders, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and property needs.Previous experience in facilities, property maintenance, hospitality, or residential operations in Dubai or similar markets is an advantage.Basic digital literacy, including the ability to use mobile apps or property management systems for logging tasks and reporting issues.Relevant technical or vocational certification in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or a related field is preferred.Ability to perform physical tasks
