Location: Dubai, UAEReports to: General Manager / Project Manager of Multimedia CompanyKey Collaborator: Multimedia Creative DirectorJob Overview Oversee the end-to-end production of visual content for both domestic and international markets within the multimedia company, including graphic design, video production, shooting and creative planning.

Support the Group’s overseas exhibitions, brand promotion and multilingual material development. Proficiently leverage AI tools to boost delivery efficiency, serving as a core on-site creative resource in the overseas territory to ensure high-quality delivery of international business initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesCreative Oversight: Define creative direction for overseas promotional projects, managing full-cycle delivery from conceptual planning to design execution.Graphic Design: Develop and produce materials for overseas exhibitions (booth posters, invitations, brochures, etc.) and routine brand promotional assets.Video Production: Edit, package and deliver multilingual versions of corporate/industrial promotional films and short-form videos for the Group.On-location Shooting Support: Possess foundational photography and videography skills to capture footage for events and projects, and manage media assets.AI-driven Workflow Optimization: Proactively research and adopt cutting-edge AI design and video tools to streamline workflows and improve team delivery efficiency.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Advertising & Media, Design, Visual Communication, Film & Television Production or related disciplines.Preference for locally based international candidates in Dubai; Chinese nationals are also welcome with overseas study or work experience, and fluent English for professional communication.Minimum 3 years of working experience in graphic design and video editing; candidates with project coordination experience are preferred. A mature portfolio is mandatory for application.Required SkillsMastery of mainstream design and editing software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects.Basic photography and videography capabilities to independently complete fundamental shooting tasks.Strong creative planning skills with the ability to independently drive projects from concept to final rollout.Keen interest and hands-on experience with state-of-the-art AI tools (AI image generation, AI video, AI layout design, etc.), capable of utilizing AI to substantially improve work productivity.Meticulous, highly accountable, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight schedules.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing promotional materials for the oil & gas / energy sectorHands-on experience providing on-site support for overseas exhibitionsProficiency in Arabic or other Middle Eastern languagesPay range and compensation packageEqual Opportunity StatementPortfolio Submission RequirementsPortfolio Submission Requirements Candidates shall submit both graphic design samples and video editing works. （Online links are acceptable for video portfolios）
