Multimedia Designer (Photography, Videography & Motion Graphics)

About the RoleForsa Properties is looking for a creative and versatile Photographer/Videographer & Graphic Designer to capture and produce high-impact visual and motion content that drives lead generation, performance marketing, and brand communication. In this role, you will bring Dubai's most exciting properties to life — from property photo and video shoots to static and motion graphics — working across project launches, off-plan presentations, social media, and brand collateral to translate property features, investment value, and lifestyle messaging into compelling visual assets.If you have a strong eye for composition, a passion for real estate storytelling, and hands-on experience across photography, videography, and design, we would like to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties (interior and exterior), off-plan projects, and property launches.Operate drone equipment and gimbals to capture aerial footage and cinematic property walkthroughs.Edit and retouch photos and videos to produce polished, brand-aligned final content.Create short-form content for social media (Reels, Stories, YouTube) from property shoots.Design email templates, web banners, and landing page graphics.Maintain and evolve brand identity, templates, and visual asset libraries.Design and produce static and motion graphics for social ads, brochures, and off-plan presentations.Animate floor plans, master plans, payment plans, and ROI infographics.Coordinate shoot schedules and creative direction with the Marketing Manager, sales team, and property owners/developers.Work with the performance marketing team to align photo, video, and creative output with campaign goals.Adapt and localize creative content for different markets and languages when required.RequirementsEducation and CertificationBachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Experience2 to 4 years of experience in photography, videography, and graphic design, ideally within real estate or property marketing.Strong portfolio showcasing real estate, interior, or architectural photography and videography.Skills and CompetenciesProficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects; Lightroom for photo editing.Hands-on experience operating professional cameras, gimbals, and drones; UAE drone permit knowledge is an advantage.Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, lighting, and color theory.Understanding of real estate concepts: off-plan vs. secondary market, investor vs. end-user messaging.Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE, and available for on-site property shoots.Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.Why Join Forsa Properties?Work across Dubai's most dynamic off-plan and property launch campaigns.Access to premium properties, developer projects, and high-profile shoots.Continuous creative growth working alongside a performance-driven marketing team.Collaborative, fast-paced environment with real ownership over visual and brand output.Opportunity to shape brand storytelling across photography, video, and motion design.Dynamic work environment with exposure to Dubai's thriving real estate market.Forsa Properties is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified candidates regardless of background.
