Multimedia Photographer & Videographer – URBANURBAN is a unique combination of a Master and traditional real estate brokerage, operating across the full real estate spectrum from leasing and secondary sales to off-plan and exclusive in-house projects. Through our Master Brokerage operations, we work closely with private developers, overseeing the A-Z sales cycle from marketing to selling and payment planning, while our traditional brokerage operations provide clients and agents with access to opportunities across the wider Dubai real estate market. As URBAN continues to grow across both sides of the business, we are expanding our team and are looking for a highly skilled Multimedia Photographer and Videographer.The PositionWe’re looking for a talented and creative Multimedia Photographer & Videographer to join our in-house team. If you’re someone who can bring real estate spaces to life through dynamic visuals and has a strong eye for storytelling, this could be the role for you. You’ll be working on exclusive developments and luxury properties, creating content that spans across platforms, from listings and brochures to social media campaigns and developer showcases.Role & ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photo and video content of luxury real estate projectsVideo and editing of show homes, events, and behind-the-scenes momentsEdit images and videos for use across digital platforms, print and social mediaCollaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop visual content strategiesMaintain organized file systems and ensure proper archiving of all contentStay on top of trends in real photography and videography and incorporate creativityProvide creative direction for property shoots and content campaignsManage end-to-end production including shooting, editing, colour correction, and deliveryCommand technical awareness and proficiency with photo equipment and lighting Knowledge & Experience 2+ years of professional photography & videography experience (Dubai real estate)A strong portfolio of real estate contentProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalentExcellent composition, lighting, and storytelling Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong communication and organizational skillsValid UAE drivers license is mandatoryRemuneration & BenefitsSalary: AED 5,000 per month Clear career progression with opportunities for promotionsEmployment visa and medical insurance providedOpportunity to work on exclusive, high-end real estate projects in Dubai and RAKSupportive team culture with an in-house marketing and creative teamCareer growth into senior creative roles within a fast-growing companyA chance to make your mark and see your work directly impact branded campaignsApply NowIf you're ready to take your real estate visual media career to the next level with a team that values creativity, growth, and innovation then we want to hear from you.
