Location: Dubai, UAEJoining: ASAPROLE PURPOSEThe Videographer / Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for planning, capturing, editing and delivering high-quality video and photography content that showcases the organization's brand, facilities, projects, people, events and operational achievements.

The role will work closely with the Team Lead, Social Media Creative and relevant operational stakeholders to develop accurate, engaging and visually compelling stories across digital and communication channels.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and execute professional video and photography shoots across brand facilities, project sites, events, operational locations and other brand-relevant environments.Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilisation, audio and other production equipment to capture high-quality visual and audio content.Plan and execute drone photography and videography as a core part of the role, subject to site access, internal approvals, safety requirements and applicable operating regulations.Coordinate with the Team Lead, Social Media Creative and operational stakeholders to understand content briefs, plan shoots, establish shot lists and coordinate production schedules.Capture interviews, events, facility walkthroughs, infrastructure and project footage, behind-the-scenes content, employee stories and operational achievements.Produce high-quality video content for social media, internal communications, presentations, campaigns and other digital platforms.Edit video and audio content, including short-form social media videos, reels, interviews, event coverage and project storytelling.Prepare content in appropriate formats and aspect ratios, including vertical, square and widescreen formats, based on channel and communication requirements.Apply appropriate techniques for colour correction, basic colour grading, audio enhancement, transitions, motion graphics and overall visual storytelling.Manage media ingestion, file organisation, naming conventions, backups, archiving and final asset delivery to ensure content is secure, accessible and reusable.Review footage and photographs for technical quality, composition, clarity, consistency and alignment with the approved brief.Collaborate with graphic designers, social media creatives and communication teams to ensure consistency in visual style, brand identity and storytelling.Maintain and manage photography, videography, lighting, audio, drone and other production equipment in good working condition.Ensure all filming activities comply with site access requirements, health and safety procedures, security protocols, privacy requirements and applicable filming/drone regulations.Coordinate with project and site teams to obtain required permissions and ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations during filming.Maintain professional standards in image quality, sound recording, editing, colour, composition, storytelling and final delivery.Support other multimedia and visual-content requirements as assigned by the Team Lead or management.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 6 years of professional experience in videography, photography, multimedia production, content creation or a closely related field.Proven experience in corporate, infrastructure, construction, engineering, architecture, real estate, facilities or project-based environments is preferred.Strong hands-on experience with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilisation systems and audio equipment.Proven experience in professional video editing and post-production.Hands-on experience in drone photography and videography.Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, framing, lighting, sound recording and visual storytelling.Experience producing content for social media and digital communication platforms, including short-form video.Ability to independently plan and execute shoots from briefing through final delivery.Strong organisational skills with experience managing large volumes of digital media and production assets.Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations, facilities and events as required.Relevant degree/diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Visual
