This isn't just another shift; it's your chance to fast-track your path into hospitality leadership.Open Positions & CompensationKitchen & Back of HouseHead Chef ($22.00 – $30.00 / hr): Leads all kitchen operations, menu development, and food quality standards while driving high team performance across café and Indian culinary offerings.Sous Chef – Indian Cuisine ($20.00 – $26.00 / hr): Acts as second-in-command, specializing in authentic Indian dishes, spices, and prep. Manages kitchen flow, assists with inventory, and maintains culinary consistency.Line Cook – Cafe ($18.25 – $23.00 / hr): Preps and executes high-volume café favorites, including hot sandwiches, burgers, rolls, snacks, and dosas. Delivers fast, accurate, and high-quality plates during peak hours.Baker ($18.25 – $23.00 / hr): Crafts fresh daily pastries, baked goods, and specialty treats. Focuses on quality ingredients, consistent yields, and beautiful display presentation.Service & Front of HouseBarista ($18.25 – $19.50 / hr): Crafts exceptional specialty coffee, espresso, and signature drinks with speed and precision. Delivers warm, engaging customer service while maintaining clean espresso stations.Cashier ($18.25 – $19.50 / hr): Welcomes guests, manages POS orders, and handles transactions accurately with a friendly attitude. Serves as the initial face of Mandhras Cafe.Server / Food Runner ($18.25 – $19.50 / hr): Delivers fresh food and drinks swiftly from the counter and kitchen to guest tables.
