Infrastructure (15+ years exp)**Oversee end-to-end project delivery for infrastructure components, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelinesDevelop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plansLead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure seamless project executionMonitor project performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as neededManage project risks, issues, and changes through established governance frameworks**Senior Project Manager - Building (15+ years exp)**Direct all aspects of building construction and development, from planning through completionEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsCoordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain project specificationsTrack construction progress and manage budget expendituresFacilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders**Senior Project Manager - Utilities (15+ years exp)**Manage utility infrastructure projects including water, power, and telecommunications systemsCoordinate with utility providers and regulatory agencies to ensure project complianceOversee installation, testing, and commissioning of utility systemsMaintain detailed documentation and reporting on utility project milestonesAddress technical challenges and implement solutions to maintain project momentum**HSE Manager (15+ years exp)**Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and proceduresConduct regular safety audits and inspections across all project sitesInvestigate incidents and implement preventive measures to minimize workplace hazardsProvide safety training and awareness programs for all project personnelEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices**Contract and Procurement Manager (15+ years exp)**Develop procurement strategies and manage vendor selection processesNegotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providersMonitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditionsManage procurement budgets and track expendituresMaintain vendor relationships and resolve procurement-related disputes**Risk Manager (18+ years exp)**Identify, assess, and quantify project risks across all disciplinesDevelop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plansMonitor risk indicators and provide regular risk reporting to senior leadershipFacilitate risk workshops and stakeholder engagement sessionsImplement risk management tools and processes throughout the project lifecycle**Stakeholder Manager (15+ years exp)**Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plansMaintain relationships with government agencies, community groups, and other key stakeholdersOrganize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and public consultationsAddress stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout project deliveryPrepare stakeholder reports and manage project communicationsQualifications**Required Qualifications:**Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or relevant technical disciplineMinimum 15+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, construction, or related project management (18+ years for Risk Manager role)Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding $50 millionStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practicesProficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)**Preferred Qualifications:**Advanced degree (Master's) in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldAdditional certifications relevant to specific role (e.g., NEBOSH for HSE, CIPS for Procurement, or Risk Management certifications)Experience with public-private partnerships (PPP) or government-funded infrastructure projectsTrack record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budgetExperience managing multi-disciplinary teams across diverse stakeholder groupsKnowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for infrastructure projectsDemonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities for senior-level positionsAdditional InformationCommunications & Presentation SkillsQuality ConsciousnessAttention to DetailsProblem Solving & Decision MakingResults OrientationPlanning and organizing with time managementRelationship ManagementWe are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote, as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company.
