Sales LeadWe are looking for experienced, confident and results-driven professionals who enjoy working with customers, following up leads and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-in customersUnderstand customer needs and recommend the right service or packageFollow up leads consistentlyConvert enquiries into confirmed salesMaintain accurate customer and sales recordsAchieve individual monthly sales targetsCoordinate with customer service and operations after closingRequirements:Previous sales experienceStrong communication, negotiation and closing skillsConfident handling customers over the phone and WhatsAppTarget-driven and organizedUAE experience preferredExperience in recruitment, domestic worker services, immigration, hospitality, real estate or other service-based industries is an advantageSales LeadThe Sales Lead will be responsible for both selling and leading the sales team.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach and support the Sales TeamMonitor daily leads, follow-ups, conversions and individual performanceEnsure enquiries are handled promptly and professionallySupport the team with difficult or high-value sales opportunitiesImprove sales scripts, objection handling and closing techniquesSet and monitor sales targetsReview lost leads and identify opportunities to improve conversionMonitor CRM/ERP updates and sales recordsPrepare sales performance reports for managementBuild a disciplined, accountable and high-performing sales teamRequirements:Proven sales experience with previous team leadership or supervisory experienceStrong track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent closing, negotiation and objection-handling skillsAbility to coach, motivate and manage a sales teamStrong understanding of sales KPIs and lead managementUAE experience strongly preferredExperience in recruitment or another high-volume service business is an advantageLocation: Al Quoz, DubaiCompany: Excellence Center – Domestic Workers ServicesIf you are passionate about sales, customer service and achieving results, we would love to hear from you.Please apply through LinkedIn with your updated CV and clearly mention whether you are applying for Sales Executive or Sales Lead.
